There is no denying it Phuket is one of our favourite destinations in Thailand, we love to have a drink and party and above all else we love to eat and the quality and variety of food in Phuket is amazing. From classic Thai street food such as gai tort (fried chicken) and moo ping (grilled pork skewers) or if classic restaurant dining is more your style you will find some very classy seafood and European style eateries.

Winter is officially over in Australia but I am still feeling cold here in Perth and Koh Samui in Thailand is looking very attractive with average daily temperatures this time of year of 31.6 degrees and evening temperatures of 24.8 the white sandy beaches and coral reefs are calling me. Guest Pool
Early this year we spent 3 weeks in Thailand and we stayed at the Springfield@Sea Resort and Spa for 6 days. The resort situated about 20 minutes drive from the city of Hua Hin in Thailand in the suburb of Cha Am a part of the Chon Buri province. Adjacent to the beach by the Gulf of Thailand it has been the best hotel I have stayed on many Thailand trips thus far.
My brother-in-law, who has written many articles for Thai Travel Magazines, recommended the resort to us and arranged our stay. Originally we were only going to stay 3 days but we liked it so much we stayed another 3 days. [Read more…]
